What If My Order Has Already Shipped?

If your order has already left our warehouse, we’re unable to cancel it mid-transit. But you can still return it once it arrives. Our return window is 30 days from the delivery date, and the process is completely free:

Kayak & Large Item Cancellations

If you ordered a kayak or other large item that ships via freight, it’s especially important to contact us quickly โ€” freight orders are dispatched to carriers on the same day they are processed, and once picked up by the freight carrier, cancellation may involve additional coordination. Contact us at support@threegators.com as soon as possible.

What If I Ordered the Wrong Item?

If you realize you ordered the wrong product, contact us right away. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it and help you place the correct one. If it’s already on its way, our return policy covers you once it arrives.
