Where Do We Deliver?

We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Cost

Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders — no minimum required. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 11:00 PM ET are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

⚠️ Note on Large Item Shipping: Kayaks, fishing boats, and other large watercraft ship via freight carrier and typically arrive in 3–7 business days. The 1–3 business day transit time applies to small and medium-sized items (accessories, gear, paddle equipment) only. For full details, please review our Freight Shipping Policy.

Delivery Details

  • Handling Time: 1 business day (Mon–Fri)
  • Standard Transit Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri) — for accessories, paddles, life jackets, fishing gear, and other small/medium items shipped via standard parcel delivery (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
  • Freight Transit Time: 3–7 business days — for kayaks, fishing boats, and oversized watercraft shipped via freight carrier (LTL)
  • Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 PM ET

Standard Shipping — Small & Medium Items

The following product types ship via standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS):

  • Kayak paddles and oars
  • Life jackets and PFDs
  • Kayak accessories (rod holders, mounts, crates, battery boxes)
  • Dry bags and storage gear
  • Anchors, ropes, and tie-downs
  • Any other item that fits within standard parcel size and weight limits

Standard orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Freight Shipping — Large & Oversized Items

The following product types ship via freight carrier (LTL) due to their size and weight:

  • Sit-on-top kayaks and sit-inside kayaks
  • Fishing kayaks
  • Touring and recreational kayaks
  • Inflatable kayaks (packaged/boxed at large dimensions)
  • Jon boats and fishing boats
  • Any other large or heavy watercraft

Freight orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment — please ensure the phone number on your order is current. Someone must be present to accept the delivery.

⚠️ Before you sign: Inspect your item for any visible damage before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt. If you notice damage, note it clearly on the paperwork before signing and contact us immediately at support@threegators.com or +1 212-334-0212. Damage noted at delivery is significantly easier to resolve than damage reported after signing.

Address Errors

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@threegators.com or +1 212-334-0212. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address at no charge. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it.

Order Status & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of your expected delivery window, email us at support@threegators.com with your name and order number and we’ll investigate right away.
