Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?+−
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping isn’t available at this time.
Do you offer free shipping?+−
Yes — every order ships free, including large items sent via freight, with no minimum purchase required.
What’s the difference between standard and freight shipping?+−
Small and medium items such as paddles, PFDs, and accessories ship via standard parcel carriers and typically arrive in 1–3 business days. Kayaks and other oversized watercraft ship via freight carrier and typically arrive in 3–7 business days. Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for freight shipments.
What is your order cut-off time?+−
Orders placed before 11:00 PM MT are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on a weekend or holiday, are processed the next business day.
How do I track my order?+−
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.
My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?+−
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of your expected delivery window, email us at contact@threegators.com with your name and order number and we’ll investigate right away.
I noticed an error in my shipping address. Can it be corrected?+−
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@threegators.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address at no charge. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to redirect it.
Orders & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?+−
Yes. You can cancel any order free of charge as long as it hasn’t left our warehouse yet — just contact us right away and we’ll stop the shipment and issue a full refund.
What if my order has already shipped?+−
Once an order ships we’re unable to cancel it mid-transit, but you’re covered by our 30-day return window once it arrives, with a free prepaid return label and no restocking fees.
I ordered the wrong item — what do I do?+−
Contact us right away. If your order hasn’t shipped, we can cancel it and help you place the correct one. If it’s already on its way, our return policy covers you once it arrives.
Is my payment information secure?+−
Yes. All data transmitted through threegators.com is encrypted via SSL/TLS, and every product we sell is sourced through authorized distribution channels.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?+−
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible regardless of condition; change-of-mind returns qualify if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Do you charge restocking fees or return shipping?+−
No. There are no restocking fees, and we provide a free prepaid return label on all approved returns.
How long does a refund take?+−
We inspect returned items within 72 hours of receiving them, and refunds are issued within 7 business days of that inspection, back to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?+−
Email us a photo and your order number — you won’t need to return it. We’ll ship a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
How do returns work for kayaks and other large items?+−
Returns of freight-shipped items are coordinated through our freight return process, and we arrange pickup directly from your address at no cost to you.
Products & Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?+−
Most kayaks, watercraft, and accessories we carry include a manufacturer warranty. Coverage periods vary by brand and product, so check the documentation included with your item for specifics.
How do I file a warranty claim?+−
Email contact@threegators.com or call us with your order number, product name, and a description (plus photos if possible) of the issue. We coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf, so there’s no need to contact them yourself.
What isn’t covered under warranty?+−
Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or improper storage, and use beyond a product’s rated specifications aren’t covered.
Are your products genuine?+−
Yes. Every product we sell is genuine and sourced directly from manufacturers or official distributors — we never carry counterfeit or grey-market goods.
